Does Anyone Else Think the Other Mother is a Demon

I have the strangest suspicion that the Other Mother is a demon witch.
I dunno, I've been studying too much demon crap.

She is definitely some kind of supernatural being, but I dunno if I'd go so far as to call her a demon. My personal concept of a demon doesn't really fit her, but neither does my concept of a witch. I think she may be some type of evil fairy, like Maleficent of "Sleeping Beauty."

Well, the term "beldam" literally means "witch" used in the Britain. Or somewhere else for that matter.....
but it is an actual term C:
So I think shes just a witch, who has aged to grow bitter and take children.
Kinda like the lady from "Hansel and Grettle" who takes children to eat them too, but no one ever really KNEW why she did so.
I really do believe there's a past to this, and I'm eager for them to unleash it if they ever DO make a Coraline 2!

I mean, the beldam is like...Victoria Beckham's evil twin sister and the love child of Cruella Deville and the Devil, himself.

She's like this supernatural being that has/had a mother, so was she human at one point in time? Like a mentally insane old hag who actually spiked Coraline's food and the air within the Other World so Coraline would believe that she's this beautiful woman? -Loves theories.- She's like this alien spider thing who possibly is just a mentally ill woman who apparently lacks a brain in her head and eats bugs.

The lady in Hansel & Grettle has mental illnesses and is also a cannibal, and the ginger bread house is nasty because it's stale and has bird crap on it.

My best friend and I had a convo on the phone and we decided that the Other Mother is one of Spiderman's and Cruella Deville's triplets.

Her sisters are Victoria Beckham, and Teri Hatcher.
