Okay some of you might remember that They Might Be Giants had originalt done the entire Coraline soundtrack, but, because the music was dubbed 'not creepy enough' all the songs were cut except the Other Father's Song! Well the songs still exist, and TMBG has said that they will be releasing some (if not all) of them on various albums that they're releasing, so far only one has surfaced, it's called "Careful What you Pack" I've found it on Youtube, it is a good song, and the lyrics actually fit the Coraline plot quite well! how amusing...not creepy enough XD
I remember hearing small tracks by the man who did the music for Coraline the AudioEBook.
I heard him sing, and UUUUGH it makes you twitch and wince a little....
He sand the original mouse song "we are small but we are many, we are small but we are many..."
TMBG reallly does sound good ^^ although I must agree, not creepy enough, and music is SUCH a big part of the atmosphere! ESPECIALLY for this movie!

Yeah TMBG's sounds just didn't fit with the feel of the movie, but lucky us, we'll still get to hear all the songs they had originally made! C:< They're going to put them on their albums, I can't wait to hear more of them, I'm fond of 'Careful what you pack' C:<
But JEEZUM do I adore the Coraline music! <3

yup! Just today, my family asked if I could play it in the car! So my dad played it the whole way home! It seems we cannot get enough of it!
It makes my skin crawl XD

This song is definitely not creepy enough, but I like it! I also agree that it fits the plot very well. C:
