It would be cool to have a sequel, but I think a classic like this should be left alone :3
And The Nightmare Before Christmas Didn't have a sequel, and even how popular it was (and still is) there isn't likely being one.
Also, the book didn't have a sequel D:

I think a sequel would work if Neil and Henry worked together again, it'd have to have the same budget and team of animators though. I would love to see the story continue, but I'd also be wary because it could go horribly wrong.
But even if a sequel flopped we'd always have the first!

I agree with Wybie.
But I have some to add.
If they make a sequal, it will take 5 to 6 years to do in stop-motion. And none of us will probably like Coraline for that long. I graduate in 4 1/2 years, and I doubt I'll keep liking it till then. Cause I'm class of 2014. But it would be nice to see a sequel. No matter what. ^^
Coraline put a little imprint into our lives, and I'm sure the story and characters will stay with us for the rest of our lives. [/color]
