this is written in my DA journal, but I'll put it here, too.
anyway, my teacher whines about what books I can and cannot read. for example, I can't read the Warriors series, because I read a couple of the books from that series last year, and I'm reading a new one that I didn't read in class last year, and she still complains about it. "you gotta read a different book," she says. well, it IS a different book, lady. jeez. same series, but a different book. I don't see what's wrong with that. I also can't read books that I've read last year, so I can't read Coraline again -_- and today, instead of reading my regular book for that class, I felt like reading my "Coraline, A Visual Companion" book, and she still complained about that. jeez, what's this lady's problem? but I'm reading a book in there that's pretty good, but sometimes I just feel like reading my other stuff.
still, I don't wanna stay in there if it's gonna be stressful for me.

That lady has a problem, because I've done a Coraline book report 3 times, in 3 different grades.

and what's really annoying is that in 6th grade I was allowed to read all the Harry Potter books in the same English class, and the teacher had no problems with it, and again in 7th grade I was allowed to read all the A Series Of Unfortunate Events books in the same class as well. but now I'm not allowed to read the Warriors series, even though it's a different book.
