Aniu and Coraline-crying

this is also in my DA gallery, but I'll put it here, too.

first ever complete drawing I did with my tablet.
took several days to do. Coraline's hair is probably what took me the longest. I tried different ways to do her hair strands that just didn't look good to me at all, but I did it.

don't really know why they're crying, just something I wanted to draw.

Aniu's head looks a little big, but she is a timber wolf and might be that big compared to Coraline, who is only 11.

and BTW, Coraline is kneeling down, so it makes Aniu look about as big as a horse, but really she's the average size of a regular timber wolf.

and it might not look perfect, because my tablet does tend to have a mind of it's own, but it looks good.

And, what art program do you use? I can't really tell, Is that GIMP?

yeah, it's Gimp. I don't have Photoshop. but Gimp is just as good.
